  2. Add Your Listings: List as many properties as you want for free. Make sure to fill out your listings fully to get the best results – see our Tips for Creating Great Listings.
  3. Choose the “Free Standard Listing” option for 6 or 12 Months: If you want to upgrade your listing, you will be given the option to upgrade with unlimited images at an additional cost – but standard 6 and 12 month listings are FREE.
  4. Renters/Buyers Contact You Directly: We do NOT charge booking or referral fees – ever. There are no hidden fees.

Your free listing will expire in 6 or 12 months, whichever you choose. When your free timeshare or vacation rental listing expires, we’ll give you the option to re-list your property at our low rates. If you don’t want to re-list your vacation property or timeshare, it will simply expire, with no action required on your part.
